Early Rise

I need to start waking up earlier. My body moves with so much more freedom and fluidity if I am awake for an hour or so before practicing.

Before Mysore-style Ashtanga, I used to sleep later in general and practiced later in the day, sometimes at night. Quite frankly, I can't even imagine that now. It's interesting how we evolve.
